Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Chicago?
Yes! We understand that special moments can’t wait. Place your order before Insert Time, e.g., 12:00 PM for guaranteed same-day delivery across Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next day.
Which areas do you serve?
We are proud to be a local Chicago florist. We deliver to all major neighborhoods including Lincoln Park, Gold Coast, The Loop, West Loop, and many suburbs. If you are unsure about a specific zip code, please contact us or check our delivery page.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date and time?
Absolutely. During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery date to ensure your surprise arrives exactly when you want it. For specific time requests (e.g., for an event), please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate.
What makes your Ecuadorian roses special?
Unlike standard roses, our blooms are sourced directly from sustainable farms in the high-altitude Andes of Ecuador. The volcanic soil and unique climate produce roses with significantly larger heads, thicker stems, and more vibrant colors. Plus, they are known for their exceptional longevity.
How long will my bouquet last?
With proper care, our premium Ecuadorian roses and fresh arrangements can last anywhere from 10 to 14 days, which is significantly longer than typical store-bought flowers. We include care instructions with every order to help you maximize their lifespan.
Do the flowers arrive in water?
Yes, freshness is our priority. All bouquets are delivered in a temporary water source or hydration wrap to ensure they remain hydrated during transit until you can place them in a vase.
Can I customize a bouquet or request a specific color?
Yes! As floral artisans, we love creating custom arrangements. If you see a "Signature Bouquet" you like but want to tweak the color palette or size, simply reach out to us or leave a note with your order.
What happens if the recipient isn't home?
If no one is home, our delivery driver will look for a safe, weather-protected spot to leave the flowers and will notify you immediately. If no safe place is found, we will contact the recipient to coordinate.
