Product care

To make flowers delight you for a long time, follow these simple tips:

🍃Find a clean vase or other container for the flowers. It is advisable to rinse it with a cleaning agent - the less bacteria remains on the walls, the longer the flowers will remain fresh.

🍃Pour cool water into the vase (flowers do not like hot or cold water).

🍃Trim the flowers with a pruner or sharp knife and immediately place them in water.

🍃Flowers do not like heat, draft or cold, as well as direct sun. Do not place the bouquet near the radiator, under the air conditioner or on the windowsill.

🍃Once a day, add fresh water to the vase, or better yet, change the water completely.

To help your flowers last longer, trim your flower stems daily.

Product returns

All purchased Golden Flowers floral arrangement and bouquets are final. We are providing a service consisting of perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light. Receiving a defective product being the only exception. All such claims must be made within 12 hours of receiving the flowers. A photo of the arrangement must be submitted to  golden7flowers@gmail.com  or call +1 312 647 9214 .Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow care instructions provided by Golden Flowers.
